1. Introduction
Welcome to Mart-eKing (“Platform”), an online marketplace. By using our Platform, you agree to:

  • Adhere to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • Acknowledge that Mart-eKing acts solely as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We do not own, manufacture, or guarantee products listed by third-party sellers.
 


 

2. Account Registration

  • Accuracy: Provide true, complete information during registration.
  • Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at support@marteking.eg.
  • Suspension: We may suspend accounts for violations.
 

 

3. Intellectual Property

  • Mart-eKing Content: All Platform logos, software, and designs are owned by us and protected.
  • User Content: By listing products, sellers grant Mart-eKing a non-exclusive, royalty-free to display listings on the Platform.
 

 

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Buyer-Seller Disputes: Mart-eKing provides mediation support but is not liable for transaction outcomes.
  • Escalation: Unresolved disputes may be filed with:
    • Egypt’s Consumer Protection Agency (for buyers).
    • Egyptian Commercial Courts (for contractual breaches).
     

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform.
  • Post false reviews or manipulate ratings.
  • Engage in money laundering, fraud, or phishing (violations will be reported to Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority).
  • Circumvent fees or payment systems.
 

 

6. Termination

  • By You: Close your account anytime via [Account Settings].
  • By Mart-eKing: We may terminate accounts for:
    • Violations of Egyptian law or these Terms.
    • Prolonged inactivity (12+ months).
    • Fraudulent activity.
     
  • Survival: Sections 5 (IP), 7 (Liability), and 11 (General) remain in effect post-termination.
 

 

7. General Provisions

  • Amendments: We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or Platform banners. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • Severability: If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms stands.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
