- Buyers/Sellers: Name, national ID/passport number, contact details (email, phone), shipping/billing addresses, payment details (processed via PCI-DSS-compliant gateways), and government-issued business licenses (for sellers).
- Platform Activity: Purchase history, device/IP address, browser type, and usage data (e.g., pages visited).
B. Sensitive Data
- National ID numbers (required under Egyptian Law No. 151/2020 for user verification).
- Financial information (encrypted and never stored on our servers).
C. Automated Collection
- Cookies/Tracking: We use essential cookies for Platform functionality. Non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics) require explicit consent per GDPR.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process data to:
- Facilitate transactions, deliveries, and customer support.
- Verify identities and comply with Egyptian Anti-Money Laundering Law No. 80 of 2002.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data per Egypt’s Child Law No. 12 of 1996.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
